WELCOME! WE’RE HAPPY YOU’RE HERE. THESE ARE THE TERMS THAT GOVERN OUR LOYALTY POINTS PROGRAM AND WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

These Terms of Use (we’ll just call them "Terms") apply to your access to, and participation in, the Jelly Belly Sweet Rewards Loyalty Points program ("The Program") which is governed by Jelly Belly Candy Company (we’re friends, just say "Jelly Belly)". Before you jump in, please also review our privacy policy, located at https://www.jellybelly.com/privacy-policy to better understand how we manage information we collect through The Program, and when you create an account.

These Terms and this Program are for loyal Jelly Belly enthusiasts who reside in the fifty (50) US States and Washington DC. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Jelly Belly for other products and services we may offer from time to time (like coupons and special offers) Jelly Belly reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate The Program and/or all or any portion of these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion. If we do make changes or modifications, those changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to https://www.jellybelly.com/sweet-rewards-terms-and-conditions and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.

We created The Program to reward our loyal Jelly Belly fans. This is not a commercial program and it is intended for individual and corporate use only. Commercial use and/or use by wholesalers and resellers is prohibited. You may enjoy The Program if you are age of 13, but please remember if you are a minor (between the ages of 13 and 18), you may only be part of The Program under supervision of a parent or legal guardian who also agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you’re under 13, sorry, we are unable to accommodate you, even with your parent’s permission.

If you decide to join The Program, you can accumulate and earn points each time you make a qualified online purchase at our store, located here ("Site" https://www.jellybelly.com). Sorry, we are unable to give you points for your purchases made outside our Site.

HOW TO JOIN

This program is free to join. To get started, you must create an account. You can either go directly to our Sweet Rewards page located here, or our home page, at https://www.jellybelly.com, and click on the "sign up" menu in the upper right hand corner. You will be asked for your name, email address, and password. Once you’ve created an account, you’re automatically a Sweet Rewards member and ready to start earning points on every purchase!

EARNING POINTS

You start earning Points immediately. First, you’ll get 100 Points just for creating your account. You can choose to earn Points in other ways, too, like subscribing to our mailing list (100 Points). Jelly Belly is always looking for new ways to reward our loyal fans, so we’ll keep adding more ways to earn Points.

Plus, every time you make a purchase on the Site, you’ll earn Points. You earn 10 Points for every $1.00 you spend on actual merchandise on the Site (exclusive of tax and shipping). And the benefits just keep adding up. Please check back to your Sweet Rewards page often to see other ways to earn points and receive benefits. Sometimes we may even award double Points. We’re nice like that.

Once you’ve accumulated enough Points, you can turn them into candy coupons ("Candy Coupons") that you can redeem for actual merchandise on the Site (exclusive of shipping and tax)! It’s that easy.

ACCUMULATION AND REDEMPTION OF POINTS

500 Points earns you a $5.00 Candy Coupon.

950 Points earns you a $10.00 Candy Coupon.

1,800 Points earns you a $20.00 Candy Coupon.

Any fraction of Points insufficient to give you a Candy Coupon stays in your account until you’ve earned enough points to create a new Candy Coupon. You may use your Candy Coupons for any merchandise available on the Site. Please note that you may use only one Candy Coupon per single purchase and that you will not receive the difference between your Candy Coupon amount and the amount of your total purchase, if the Candy Coupon is greater than the purchase. You do not earn additional Points for any portion of a purchase made with a Candy Coupon.

If you void a purchase made with a Candy Coupon or return merchandise, your Points will be returned to you, provided you have otherwise met the requirements for a return purchase. If not, those Points will be deducted from your total Points accumulation. Please note that if you make a purchase without using a Candy Coupon on the Site and then return the merchandise, Points will be deducted from your account. Finally, if you use multiple forms of payment in one transaction, the eligible purchase amount (what was paid for without Candy Coupons) will be applied as Points to your account. Please note that you must apply your Candy Coupons at the time of purchase; they will not be applied automatically.

THE PROGRAM TIERS

The more you earn, the more clout you have with us. Cool, huh? By opening an account, you’re automatically a Sweet Rewards Member. Once you reach 1,000 Points, you’ll hit our first reward tier, ROOKIE. That means you’ll get free ground shipping for orders over $49+, a free 10-Flavor Gift Box with every order over $49+, and 10% off anything in our Jelly Belly Confections category.

When you’ve reached 2,500 Points, you’ll be in our MVP reward tier and you’ll get free ground shipping on all orders over $39+, an extra 10% Bonus Points on every purchase, a free 20-Flavor Gift Box with every order over $49+, and 10% off anything in our Jelly Belly Confections category.

And for our most loyal enthusiasts who earn at least 5,000 Points, you’ll get free ground shipping for orders greater than $29+, 15% Bonus Points on every purchase, a free 40-Flavor Gift Box with every order over $49+, and 10% off anything in our Jelly Belly Confections category, 10% of all 16oz bags of Jelly Belly jelly beans, and 10% off Jelly Belly Gift Boxes. That’s in addition to any non-coupon code based sale promotions we’re offering on the Site.

EXPIRATION OF POINTS

Your Points will stay valid so long as you make at least one qualifying purchase on the Site in a 12 month period. If you have not made a qualifying purchase within 12 months, your Points will expire, but your Tier status will not. That means once you’re an MVP, you’ll stay an MVP for as long as you have your account. If you or we terminate your account, however, you’ll lose your tier status. Points are good only for merchandise on the Site. Sorry, you may not redeem Points for cash and Points have no cash value. Points and Candy Coupons are not gift cards, and thus are not subject to state laws regarding gift cards and gift certificates.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your account and your Points are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) The Program account that is personal to you. Anyone who is found creating multiple accounts may forfeit all privileges and Points.

It may become necessary for us to cancel or suspend the Program for any reason, which we may do without notice to you. Jelly Belly also reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in The Program if Jelly Belly determines in its sole discretion that you have in any way violated these Terms or the fair play of the program including if you have multiple accounts, or have used the Program in a way that is deceptive or unlawful. If your participation in The Program is terminated, all Points in your account will immediately be void.

Jelly Belly reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel The Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. You may terminate your account at any time, by following the instructions contained in the Jelly Belly Privacy Policy. If you terminate your account, your Points will be immediately void and you will not be entitled to any compensation. If you reactivate your account, any Points you accumulated before termination will not become active.
