Questions Regarding Your Order

Due to the perishable nature of food items, if you have any problems when you receive your order please contact us within three days of the delivery date. (Delivery date determined by shipper's records).

Inventory Availability

We make every effort to ensure that (a) we have inventory of our currently-produced direct-to-consumer items available at all times and (b) the inventory shown on our website is as accurate as possible.

We have two classes of products: "seasonal" and "everyday". Seasonal items are available on a limited basis during the appropriate season, while everyday items should be available at all times, barring issues with candy-making capacity or the raw materials supply chain. In addition, items, whether seasonal or everyday, may be discontinued at any time.

In-Stock Notifications

When an item is known to be out-of-stock for JellyBelly.com, we show a "Notify Me" button. Clicking the button will open a small window that allows you to input and submit your email address. If you do so, we’ll send an In-Stock Notification email if/when that item becomes available again. If you want In-Stock Notifications for multiple items, you need to sign up for a notification for each item. We will not send any other communications to the submitted email address based solely on signing up for an In-Stock Notification (though you may receive other communications if you’ve signed up for them).

Seasonal items may not be available again until the appropriate season comes around. Discontinued items will not be available again. If an item does not become available again, we will not send a notification.

Out-of-Stock Products

We make every effort to ensure that (a) we have inventory of all of our currently-produced items available at all times and (b) the inventory shown on our website is as accurate as possible. In some cases, we know that an item is out-of-stock, which will be indicated by a "Notify Me" button (see "In-Stock Notifications", above).

Unfortunately, there may be times when inventory that appears to be in stock when an order is placed simply isn’t available to ship when we go to find it on our shelves. This can happen because the inventory is in unsellable condition, because it was misplaced, because we have received more orders than expected for that item and it has been oversold, or for other reasons.

In these situations, we want to do what’s right for the situation. We know that most people want to receive orders as quickly as possible, and we work hard to achieve that, so:

  • If there is a single item (the out-of-stock item) on the order, we will:
    1. Cancel the order
    2. Issue a refund
  • If there are multiple items on the order, we will:
    1. Remove the out-of-stock item from the order
    2. Ship the rest of the order
    3. Collect what is due for the order as submitted
    4. Issue a Jelly Belly Online Store Credit for the out-of-stock item

Product Guarantee

Your Jelly Belly items should reach you in excellent condition. If not, please contact us at 1-800-522-3267, between 8 AM and 5 PM PT, Monday through Friday. We will replace them free of charge as long as you return the unused portion of the package and the packaging and reason for return along with where and when you bought it. Please contact us BEFORE returning, or this Product Guarantee may not apply.

Exporting and Reselling Jelly Belly Products

Jelly Belly products are sold on www.jellybelly.com for personal consumption only. Orders for export for resale are not allowed and we cannot ship licensed goods (Harry Potter, Disney/Pixar, BeanBoozled, etc.) out of the US, whether directly or through a freight-forwarder. If you wish to purchase Jelly Belly goods for resale in a country other than the US or you wish to purchase licensed goods, please contact the local Jelly Belly Distributor.

Domestic and Foreign Credit Cards

We are not able to accept credit cards that are not US-based with US-based billing addresses. If you do not have a US-based credit card with a US billing address, we will be happy to accept payment by Wire Transfer and/or ACH payment (see below).

We must limit orders shipping to a freight-forwarder to $500 or less per 30 day period. If you wish to purchase more than $500, please contact your Jelly Belly Distributor.

Sales and Use Tax

Jelly Belly collects sales tax from you when we ship an order into a state where we have a legal obligation to collect such tax. The information below is for customers who take delivery of merchandise in other states.

  • Jelly Belly does not collect sales or use tax in states that do not require collection of sales tax on orders shipped into that state.
  • Purchases are subject to use tax in other states unless exempt from taxation in those other states.
  • ThThe purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by Phone.
  • Some states require customers to report their purchases that were not taxed and pay use tax on those purchases. Customers should check their state's reporting requirements for tax forms to be used for this purpose.

Gift With Purchase (GWP)

We may, from time to time and at our discretion, offer promotions that include a "gift with purchase" (GWP). In most cases, there will be a minimum order threshold or product purchase threshold to be met, and we’ll do our best to make these requirements clear.

When the threshold has been met, we may add one or more items to your order. In some cases, the GWP may be a "mystery gift" that is added after your order is placed – you won’t know what you’re getting until you receive your order! In other cases, these will be defined gift items, added to your order at no cost to you, and usually visible in your Cart before you submit the order (though not always). There may also be a requirement that you place the gift item in your Cart before submission in order to receive the gift item.

Discounts and Promotions

From time to time, Jelly Belly may offer discounts and/or promotions on products, categories or shipping. In general, these are not "stackable", which means that you cannot use more than one offer on a single order, but we'll always try to give you the best deal. Free Ground Shipping CAN be stacked with (most) other offers, including Volume Discounts.

Any stated dollar-amount threshold applies to the subtotal of product(s) after any discount(s) and before shipping charges. If a promotion code or coupon code is designated, you must use that code at checkout to receive the offer. Purchases of e-Gift Cards are not calculated when determining qualification for an offer threshold.

Offers are valid only for orders placed on www.JellyBelly.com, not valid for any other products, previous purchases or purchases on MyJellyBelly, affiliated websites, other websites or physical stores. Discounts have no cash value and there are no rain checks.

Gift Card Information

  • Jelly Belly Online Gift Cards do not expire.
  • Jelly Belly Online Gift Cards are only redeemable at JellyBelly.com.
  • Jelly Belly Online Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except to the extent required by law.
  • Jelly Belly Online Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards or applied to any order containing another Gift Card. You'll need to provide a credit card, debit card, or other valid payment method to pay for the order if you have Gift Cards in your Shopping Cart.
  • Discount coupons and promotional codes may not be applied to purchases of Jelly Belly Online Gift Cards. If you use a discount or promotional code when ordering a combination of physical Jelly Belly products and Jelly Belly Online Gift Cards, the discount will only be applied to the physical products on your order.

Unauthorized Purchases from your Credit Card

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Our site is secure, protected by an SSL certificate and indicated by "https://" in the URL (website address). During the Checkout process, your sensitive data is safeguarded and can only be transmitted to our servers and those of our payment gateway partners (in order to process your payment). Some non-essential items on the site, like image files, may be served from non-secure servers, even in Checkout, though this has no effect on the security of your sensitive data.

Price Policy

All prices are subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, JellyBelly.com reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. In the event of an incorrect price, JellyBelly.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for items listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, JellyBelly.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
